A single clerical error on your DBPR application costs you a deficiency letter and 30 to 60 days of waiting. We sit with you and complete the CILB application line by line: experience affidavits, financial responsibility, credit report requirements, fingerprinting steps, all of it. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel within 3 days of purchase, before onboarding starts: full refund.
• After onboarding starts: a $250 cancellation fee per application is retained.
• After your application is drafted: 50% of the standard service price is retained.
• After submission to the state: non-refundable.
