A registered license works in the counties that issued it. A certified license works in all 67. If you are already registered and want to work statewide, this is the paperwork that gets you there, and we do it with you.

Why this matters now

House Bill 735 took effect July 1, 2025 and closed the registered pathway to new contractors. Nobody new is joining this group. The contractors who hold a registration today are the last ones who can use this door, and the group only gets smaller from here.

What it costs and what it does not include

Our fee is $749. State application fees, credit report fees, fingerprint fees, and any course fees are paid by you directly to the state or the vendor.
